Job summary
Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Handle purchases, sales, refinances, mortgages and related real estate matters. Draft and review real estate agreements and closing documents. Prepare wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. Advise clients on wills, estates and estate administration matters. Manage files independently while maintaining strong client relationships. Handle corporate and commercial matters where required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of practicing experience. Strong experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Wills and estates experience is required. Corporate experience is preferred and considered a strong asset. Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Strong legal drafting, communication and client management skills. Ability to independently manage files, deadlines and client matters. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
