Seeking a mid-to-senior Family Law Clerk with strong experience supporting family law matters, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and manage Family Law documents, including Financial Statements and Net Family Property calculations. Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation. Manage deadlines and provide timely follow-up on outstanding matters. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients. Handle docketing and other administrative requirements. Support lawyers with day-to-day family law file management. Qualifications Previous Family Law experience is required. Law Clerk designation with a post-secondary diploma in law or a related field. Strong knowledge of Family Law Rules, Financial Statements, and Net Family Property calculations. Proficiency with DIVORCEmate and docketing software. Strong Microsoft 365/Microsoft Word skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
