Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler projects, including tenant improvements, residential, and retrofit work. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Perform material take-offs and develop pricing. Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations. Coordinate with project managers, designers, field staff, and clients. Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required. Track bid submissions and identify value engineering opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating or related mechanical/construction estimating experience. Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection systems, and applicable building codes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
