🚨 URGENT HIRING – OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant 📍 Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada 🏢 Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid — No Remote ⏳ Duration: Long-term contract – 1 year+ 🔹 Position Summary We are urgently looking for an experienced OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to support our client, Liberty. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with OverIT NextGen Field Service Management (FSM) and a solid understanding of field service operations, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce management, integrations, and techno-functional consulting. 🔹 Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience implementing or supporting OverIT NextGen FSM Strong experience with: Work Order Management Scheduling & Dispatch Mobile Workforce Management Field Operations Experience integrating FSM platforms with: CRM ERP GIS Asset Management IoT systems Strong Techno-Functional Consulting experience Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops Solution configuration and customization Testing, deployment, and production support Utility, Energy, Telecom, Transportation, or Oil & Gas experience preferred 🔹 Alternate FSM Platforms If direct OverIT experience is limited, candidates with strong hands-on experience in the following FSM platforms may also be considered: ✅ ClickSoftware / Click Scheduler ✅ Salesforce Field Service (FSL) ✅ IFS FSM ✅ SAP FSM ✅ Oracle Field Service ✅ ServiceMax ✅ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service ✅ IBM Maximo Mobile / Field Service Candidates must clearly demonstrate experience with FSM implementation, configuration, integrations, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and field operations.

Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience implementing or supporting OverIT NextGen FSM, or a comparable FSM platform, and strong techno-functional consulting experience. They should demonstrate expertise in FSM configuration and integrations, scheduling and dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and field operations; experience in utility, energy, telecom, transportation, or oil and gas is preferred.
