Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on backend engineering experience and a passion for Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys building production-ready AI-powered applications and enterprise software, rather than focusing primarily on traditional AI/ML or Data Science. Location: Remote but must be from Quebec, Canada Duration: Perm What You’ll Do Design, develop, and own enterprise-level software applications and large-scale projects. Build and integrate GenAI and Agentic AI solutions into production environments. Develop backend applications using Python, with additional experience in Golang, Rust and Node.js/JavaScript. Build AI-powered applications and orchestrate AI agents to solve complex business and software engineering problems. Work with frameworks such as LangChain and/Or LangGraph. Review, redesign, modernize, and transform existing applications using emerging technologies. Collaborate across teams to integrate AI agents with multiple internal services and systems. Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from architecture and design through development, testing, deployment, and support. Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions for enterprise environments. Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT / Software Development experience. 5+ years of strong hands-on Python experience. Strong backend application development experience. Experience with Golang and Node.js/JavaScript. Hands-on experience building Generative AI / AI-powered applications. Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions in production. Experience building and owning enterprise-scale applications and larger software projects. Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and SDLC. Experience working with emerging AI technologies and applying them to real-world applications.
