We're searching for a Senior Benefits Associate. Are you searching for new possibilities? Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing, and we're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join our Group Benefits division as a Senior Benefits Associate at our office in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of group benefits clients, work closely with Benefits Advisors, and provide training and coaching to junior team members while delivering exceptional client service. This role will be hybrid. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $49,600 to $62,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
