Title: SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST ***12 month contract Industry: Healthcare manufacturing Location: Toronto - Hybrid Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + benefits and a contract completion bonus Our client is a world leader in research and innovation, with breakthrough technology and design of equipment specifically used in non hospital settings. About The Role Reporting directly to the Controller, you will have your hands in all aspects of the finance function: reporting, budgeting, variance analysis. You will be responsible for streamlining our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. Duties would include but not be limited to: Support financial updates by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points Manage the consolidation and organization of all company financial data required for accurate reporting of operational results Complete ledger account reconciliations Establish and maintain capital processes inside new ERP Support the annual budget and long-term planning exercises Maintain short-term financial forecast updates Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development Play a supporting role in future venture capital / funding rounds including preparation of due diligence materials, financial projections and revenue analysis. Participate in the establishment of processes for a substantially expanded US-based business, including delivery of ongoing support Explore opportunities for continuous improvement with accounting systems, processes, and internal controls Qualifications CPA plus 5+ years experience as a senior-level accountant/analyst Experience working within custom /niche manufacturing industries is preferred ERP implementation experience is a strong asset Experience within costing and inventory reporting required Advanced hands-on knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Quick Books(QBO) and T Sheets.
