Role Description The New Home Sales Representative role is a contract, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto, Specifically The Hamilton Area, Stouffville and Whitby ON. In this role, the representative will engage prospective buyers in new home communities, conduct model home tours, explain floor plans and features, and guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and preparing sales documents in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with builders and internal teams on pricing, inventory, and timelines, as well as attending sales meetings and community events to support marketing initiatives. The representative is expected to provide consistent, professional customer service and uphold the brokerage’s brand in all client interactions. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in New Home Sales and Homebuilding, with an understanding of construction stages, floor plans, and community development. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle inquiries, and manage expectations throughout the buying process. Proven Sales experience, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques in a real estate or related environment. Valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one) and familiarity with local real estate regulations and contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse clients. Ability to work on-site on weekends and evenings as required, with reliable transportation to communities across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation, inventory updates, and CRM entries. Comfort with technology, including basic CRM systems, email, and digital presentation tools; prior experience in real estate sales software is an asset. Previous experience in residential real estate, pre-construction sales, or builder sales is an advantage.
