Your Role Technogym is growing, and Canada is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business – Home Consumer, reporting directly to the Home Business Director. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management. In this role, you will cover the Ontario market and be fully remote, building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, private clients, and other partners across the region. You will manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions and will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in a market poised for significant growth. Your Impact Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales targets Maintain good product knowledge and ensure outstanding customer experience Visit potential and/or current partners daily, actively nurturing partner relationships with in-person visits and thoughtful follow-ups in order to attract new customers and generate new business opportunities Travel regularly through assigned regional territory (more than 50% of the time) Own full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach, creating the initial quote, through to delivery and installation Develop new opportunities with architects, interior designers, personal trainers and any third party able to generate business opportunities Actively participate in design events and trade shows to develop networks and generate leads Working with the Marketing Department, define and provide continuous feedback on the local segment market strategy in terms of commercial campaigns, initiatives and events Handle customer complaints, liaising with Logistics and After-Sales to ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company Maintain and update CRM database (salesforce) Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions in an omni-channel approach, to facilitate and speed up the customer journey Keep up-to-date on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities Consult with the in-house design team to create home gym layouts About You What you should bring: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3-5 years’ experience of outside sales experience within the A&D space, preferably working with luxury home products Existing network/relationships with architects and interior designers Demonstrable ability to communicate and present to, as well as influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Selling aptitude with emphasis on business development Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media Entrepreneurial approach Ability to create and cultivate a network Experience with CRM tools Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory What We Offer: Base salary, bonus and commission opportunities - TTE of $130k+ 15 vacation days 3 paid sick days Group Insurance Plan through Manulife Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
