TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Senior AI Engineer Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for a 6-month contract. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Design and develop LLM-powered applications using Python. Build AI agents and workflows using LangGraph. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and vector search. Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Implement LLM monitoring, tracing, and evaluation using Langfuse. Develop and deploy AI services on Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and BigQuery. Build REST APIs, automated tests, and production-ready AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI applications. 🔹 Required Skills: 5+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications. Strong Python, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering skills. Experience with Langfuse or similar LLM observability tools. Understanding of MCP, REST APIs, vector databases, and Google Cloud. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and responsible AI practices.
