The Registered Practical Nurse will work within interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. This includes facilitating and delivering both group and individual patient education. Candidates must have current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and experience in patient education. Knowledge of community resources and the ability to work collaboratively are also required.
