We're looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee expense management and financial planning for a large corporate shared services portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, partner with senior business leaders, and drive financial performance through planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. What you'll do: Lead the financial management of a significant shared services expense portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and coordinate annual operating plans and budgets in partnership with business leaders. Deliver insightful financial reporting, including variance analysis, trends, and recommendations to support decision-making. Provide proactive financial guidance to leaders, helping them understand results, manage costs, and achieve financial objectives. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and controls through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support strategic projects and business initiatives through financial analysis and decision support. Leverage financial systems and reporting tools to enhance business insights and drive operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. What you'll bring: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting standards. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Workiva, or enterprise planning and reporting applications is considered an asset. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
