We are seeking part time Food & Beverage Server Assistants to join the F&B Team for our Argyle Kitchen + Patio. As a Food & Beverage Server Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring high service standards are consistently upheld throughout each member and guest’s food and beverage experience. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, you will help create a seamless, polished, and welcoming dining experience by anticipating service needs and maintaining a warm, professional, and discreet presence. Responsibilities: * Deliver warm, attentive service to Members and guests, including welcoming and seating, taking reservations, and bidding farewell while seeking feedback on their experience * Support the Server team throughout service by promptly delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting with overall dining room flow * Uphold the Club’s Authentic Hospitality Guide and consistently demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude * Anticipate and respond to Member and guest needs, addressing concerns promptly and professionally and escalating to a supervisor when appropriate * Maintain clear and timely two-way communication with Members, guests, colleagues, and supervisors to support a seamless service experience * Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences * Follow all Club health and safety standards, Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis regulations Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year Food & Beverage or hospitality experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent and ProServe Certification are considered assets * Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with Members, guests, and colleagues * Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to exceptional service * Ability to work efficiently, remain composed, and contribute positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service * Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods * A clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with Club uniform and grooming standards Why choose us: * An inclusive and diverse working environment highlighted by creativity and collaboration, featuring top industry leaders * Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth including training and development * Delicious, fulsome employee meals prepared daily * Employee referral program that rewards the additional talent you bring * Numerous employee recognition programs to reward you for your incredible efforts Additional Details: These are part time positions that report to the Restaurant Manager. Successful candidates will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
