Position Description As a Bilingual Customer Service Engineer for Reynolds and Reynolds, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and network equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system. Some of the hardware you will be working with but not limited to: Dell Servers PC’s Switches / Routers Printers / Scanners Serial Converters & Serial Devices CSU/DSU Modems Fiber Converters Training You will attend a 4–6-week paid training course in College Station, Texas, US. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures. A company vehicle will be provided for all business-related use Requirements Perfectly bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with our clients located outside of Quebec. Must have 2-3+ years of technical experience Must be able to attend a 6-week paid training class in United States Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Open to traveling up to 25% Excellent communication skills, organized and personable Good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years Computer education or diploma preferred Benefits Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family. Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in French and English, have at least 2–3 years of technical experience, and be able to attend paid training in the United States. They must be able to lift more than 50 pounds, travel up to 25%, have a good driving record, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills; computer education or a diploma is preferred.
