No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, and no prior experience is necessary because training is provided. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs); reliability, customer focus, and teamwork are also expected.
