Restaurant Manager Full-time | On-site | Greater Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo Area About the Position We are looking for an experienced, dependable and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our Tim Hortons restaurants. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment, developing and holding a team accountable, and taking ownership of the restaurant’s overall performance. This is an active leadership position that requires a strong presence on the restaurant floor and a willingness to support the team wherever needed. Key Responsibilities * Lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently * Recruit, onboard, train and develop Team Members and supervisors * Build effective schedules and manage labour costs * Coach the team to provide excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally * Maintain Tim Hortons standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness and hospitality * Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, and food and paper costs * Ensure cash-handling and financial-control procedures are followed * Execute new product launches, promotions and operational initiatives * Track key performance results and develop action plans where improvement is needed * Ensure compliance with food-safety, workplace-safety and employment requirements * Communicate regularly with the Restaurant Owner and operations leadership Qualifications * At least two years of restaurant, retail or hospitality management experience * Previous Tim Hortons experience is preferred * Proven ability to lead, coach and hold a team accountable * Strong understanding of guest service and fast-paced restaurant operations * Experience with scheduling, labour management, inventory and cost control * Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills * Dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays * High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business or a related field is an asset What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Performance-based bonuses * Fully paid benefits * Comprehensive training and ongoing support * Opportunities for professional growth as our organization expands If you are an experienced restaurant leader who takes pride in developing people, serving guests and delivering strong operational results, we would like to hear from you.
