Approximately 20% of the work will require out-of-town travel, including underground projects. All required training and site certifications will be provided. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial doors, gate systems, and dock equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Utilize welding and mechanical skills for on-site repairs and modifications Maintain vehicle and equipment inventory readiness Accurately record time logs, service notes, and completion details Deliver professional customer support to clients and contractors Comply with all safety standards and workplace protocols Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working with mechanical systems, doors, gates, or similar equipment Welding experience required (certification is a plus but not mandatory) Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Skilled with power tools and capable of physical, hands-on work Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Flexible and adaptable to changing job sites and schedules High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check
