The Program Coordinator plans, delivers, and evaluates inclusive sport, fitness, and wellness programs while providing operational leadership for recreation facilities. This role also manages staff and volunteers, oversees fitness equipment, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in recreation or fitness programming and hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications. A post-secondary education in a related field and previous supervisory experience are considered assets.
