Job summary We are seeking an exceptional communicator with proven experience in patient coordination and appointment scheduling to join our premium dental practice. You will be responsible for increasing our new patient booking rates while efficiently managing our practice schedule. This is a leadership receptionist position where you'll excel at patient communication and can effectively guide potential patients through their treatment journey while maintaining our practice's exclusive positioning and premium patient experience. The ideal candidate will combine outstanding interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities and exceptional scheduling coordination skills.
