Supervisor – Honda Canada Manufacturing Site Location: Alliston, ON About the position The Supervisor role is considered as the ‘feet on the ground’ at the HCM site. This will mean the need for strong auditing skills, excellent time management, effective reporting skills, and driven to provide customer satisfaction. What you’ll do: Daily Yard Audits of all waste bins, FEL’s and Compactors Daily Audits of all trailers on Site, Create BOLS, CI and send Documents Support FA on site requests Complete paperwork regarding compiled information Support Site clean up Suggest innovations and new projects Support meeting with Honda and Vendors What you will need: Clean driving abstract, and valid Class 1 driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders Strong history and ability to work with Excel, Work, Adobe and PPT Proactive communication skills Team player: someone who actively contributes to our group in order to complete tasks, meet goals or manage projects Must have strong computer and mathematical skills Completion of two (2) years post-secondary education. Chemical process industry experience an asset. Must have the ability to read and understand technical materials. Forklift operation experience an asset. Where you will work: 4700 Industrial Pkwy, Alliston, ON L9R 1V4, Canada Pay and benefits: This position is currently vacant. The annual expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. Requirements
Requires a valid Class 1 driver's license, a clean driving abstract, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Candidates must have two years of post-secondary education and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
