What We Offer Full-time | 1-year Term | Fredericton | On-Campus Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week Salary Range: $46,251 - $57,812 per annum YOUR FOCUS Reporting to Assistant Director, Strategic Marketing, Sales & Communication, the Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content across digital and print platforms to support marketing campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and meet contractual marketing deliverables for corporate and partner programs. This role guarantees content accuracy, consistency, and engagement while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Develop and edit compelling content for a variety of platforms, including advertisements, blogs, social media posts, press releases, and website pages. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone while tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. Ensure all content aligns with CLF's strategic marketing objectives, engages readers, and drives conversions. Create authentic and engaging narratives that showcase CLF's impact. Conduct interviews with learners, partners, and stakeholders to gather testimonials and success stories. Support video content development by contributing to storyboards and scripts that bring CLF's programs to life. Ensure accuracy and currency of CLF's web presence by reviewing existing content and identifying areas that require updates or improvements. Escalate required changes through the appropriate workflow channels. Monitor for outdated information, broken links, or inconsistencies and provide clear recommendations to maintain a dynamic, informative, and user-friendly website. Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align content with enrollment cycles, promotional events, and strategic priorities. Collaborate with graphic designers, digital specialists, and external partners to manage co-branded marketing initiatives. Work with corporate clients, partners and internal teams to fulfill contractual marketing deliverables. Ensure accuracy and professionalism of all marketing materials through meticulous proofreading and editing. Review proposals, campaign content, and translated documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Check for consistency across platforms and ensure compliance with accessibility and institutional standards. Assist with content audits, review partner materials, and provide input on improvements to content workflows. Additional related duties as required to support departmental goals and priorities. What You Bring College diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Additional Strengths Exceptional writing and editing skills. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for coordinating website updates. Proficiency in social media platforms. Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects. Attention to detail and quality control.

Requirements

A college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and at least three years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role are required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidates should have strong writing and editing skills, CMS and social media familiarity, SEO knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects.
