Education) Course Title: Didactique des sciences humaines et sociales à l'élémentaire Course Code: PED 3756 Section: OV10 Course Description: PED3756: Didactique des sciences humaines et sociales à l'élémentaire Initiation à l'enseignement des études sociales (1e à 6e années) qui puisent dans des disciplines aussi diverses que l'économie, la géographie, l'histoire, le droit, la politique, de même que d'autres matières relevant des sciences humaines comme les études autochtones. Exploration d'une variété d'idées et des enjeux d'ordre social, politique, économique et environnemental. Analyse des stratégies d’enseignement qui favorisent l’apprentissage des études sociales en contexte francophone minoritaire tout en soutenant les élèves et en valorisant leur diversité linguistique et culturelle. Intégration de la technologie éducative et des concepts de la pensée critique dans l'enseignement des sciences humaines et sociales. Requirements: Exigences minimales: - Maîtrise en éducation; La préférence sera donnée à un doctorat en éducation portant sur l'évaluation des apprentissages. - Au moins un parmi : Expérience récente en enseignement à temps plein dans une école ou en administration au sein d'un conseil scolaire, incluant deux ans d'implémentation du Curriculum de l'Ontario au niveau élémentaire, avec une qualification spécialisée en enseignement élémentaire. Dossier de recherche actuel et arbitré dans la matière du cours à enseigner. Examen de synthèse (Ph.D.) récent dans la matière du cours à enseigner. - Connaissance démontrée du contexte de l'Ontario en ce qui a trait à la matière du cours à enseigner. - Capacité manifeste d'appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et du Code de déontologie des enseignantes et enseignants de l'Ontario. Un niveau d'éducation/d'expérience jugé équivalent pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'éducation et/ou d'expérience requises. Requirements

A master's degree in education is required, with preference for a doctorate in education focused on learning assessment. Applicants must meet at least one of the listed experience or research qualifications, demonstrate knowledge of Ontario's subject-area context, and show the ability to apply Ontario's teaching standards and professional code of ethics.
