Le rôle du pouvoir, de la stratégie et de la tactique est pris en compte, y compris la communication, la persuasion et la résolution des conflits. Doit démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente en gestion, de préférence en négociation, en médiation ou en gestion des conflits. Doit aussi avoir de l’expérience en enseignement, de préférence en négociation, en gestion, en ressources humaines, en comportement organisationnel ou en stratégie. Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBA or a Master's degree, with a PhD preferred, in a related field such as organizational behavior or business administration. Recent professional experience in negotiation, mediation, or conflict management is required, along with prior teaching experience.
