Emphasis will be on applying knowledge gained in earlier coursework in a project-based studio setting using computational techniques, physical model making, and 1:1 fabrication and prototyping. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (or related design discipline) and relevant professional experience in computation and design. Preferred Qualifications: We are seeking applicants with a professional degree in architecture (Master’s or Bachelor’s) and a record of teaching architectural design at the undergraduate or graduate level. Demonstrated experience in computation is an asset. Demonstrated design excellence is desired and will be evaluated through consideration of professional experience, design awards (if applicable), and a 1–2 page portfolio. Duties: Preparation and delivery of course material; managing digital teaching materials, supervision of teaching assistants; preparation and delivery of assignments, tests, final examinations and deferred final examinations; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours. The Sessional Lecturer is responsible for preparing and delivering course materials, managing digital teaching resources, and supervising teaching assistants. They will also handle student assessments, grading, and student inquiries throughout the term.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline. A record of teaching architectural design and professional experience in computation and design is required.
