Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Duration: 12 Month About the Role We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer III to join a Risk Strategy, Governance & Enablement team supporting a new project focused on analytics, reporting, and risk transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, data analytics, data transformation, Power BI/Tableau, and Python/MS Query. This role offers the opportunity to work independently within a small team and contribute to analytics initiatives supporting the organization's AI and risk transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports. Transform, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple sources for analytics and reporting. Develop and maintain data models and reporting datasets. Use Python and MS Query to support data analysis, transformation, automation, and reporting. Analyze data and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions. Follow Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint activities, and collaborative delivery. Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations and communicate analytical findings. Support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of existing analytics products. Work independently while contributing effectively within a small, collaborative team. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline. Approximately 5–7 years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, reporting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau. 3+ years of experience with data transformation and preparation. 3+ years of experience with Python and/or MS Query. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with business stakeholders and senior-level stakeholders. Experience in risk management, financial services, banking, or analytics transformation. Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting packages.
