About the opportunity: Respond to and resolve complex billing inquiries from customers, financial institutions, legal offices, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. Maintain and update billing accounts, including account changes, billing adjustments, and account reconciliations. Process and monitor payment activities, including pre-authorized payment plans, returned payments, penalties, interest calculations, collections, and account corrections. Research, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, preparing customer correspondence and ensuring accurate account documentation. Review and administer billing programs, applications, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, contact centres, and customers to support billing operations and escalations. Perform billing audits, reconciliations, reporting, system testing, and process improvement initiatives to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
