The senior refrigeration mechanic performs installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC systems. They are responsible for managing both primary and secondary refrigeration circuits within municipal buildings and public spaces. Candidates must hold a refrigeration system certificate (Class 1) or a refrigeration qualification certificate from the CCQ. Additionally, a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license are required.
