Location In-Person Calgary, Alberta When Opportunity Type Ongoing - Start Anytime Schedule Flexible About This Opportunity The Junior League of Calgary (JLC) is a membership organization that collaborates with various partners in the Calgary community to improve life for at risk people. As a result, the JLC offers a variety of different direct and indirect opportunities that may occur one time, twice monthly or monthly. JLC members volunteer in identified roles with our community partners to address critical unmet needs in our community. Since we run our own non-profit, volunteer opportunities are available for members in governance, management and operations. Members build skills through their committee work as well as through training opportunities. We also have the opportunity to meet like-minded women and build lifelong friendships. Volunteer Requirements Whether you meet these requirements or not, we encourage you to share your interest in us. You may still be a fit for a different opportunity with our organization.
