Job Description 10+ years of hands‑on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Any experience or exposure to Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred. Hands on development experience on SFMC modules- including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, Content etc. Experience in using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrated ability to make strong technical and architectural decisions based on business objectives, platform constraints, and best practices. Knowledge on Data Cloud is preferred Should possess excellent communication skill. Should be able to engage with Business stakeholders and understand the requirements/business objectives and translate those requirements into technical design. Proven experience in leading or owning complex SFMC implementations in enterprise environments.

Requires 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience and development experience across its modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Strong AMPscript, HTML, and CSS experience, communication skills, and the ability to make architectural decisions are required; Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud experience are preferred.
