The Opportunity The Driver is responsible for picking and delivering the goods according to the needs of our customers. The Role * Transport and deliver goods according to the established schedule, including out of hours delivery and pick-up emergencies, potential for out-of-town deliveries on occasion. * Securing the shipment for transport, pallets, and boxes * Complete the various documents necessary to track the goods * Conduct the various daily inspections and ensure adequate follow-up * Deliver goods on time in a courteous and professional manner * Ensure the vehicle is clean to project a positive image of the company * Perform any other duties as required, help in warehouse when not driving * Must operate the Tundra delivery vehicle in a safe and professional manner, while obeying the rules of the road at all times The Candidate * Education: High School; valid class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. * Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role. * Knowledge: Competent in Microsoft Office. Strong computer skills. Forklift certification preferred.
