What You Can Expect: * An open, approachable, and friendly workplace where colleagues enjoy connecting beyond their day-to-day work * Reasonable core hours and a condensed workweek option from July through December * Overtime converted into additional paid time off * Competitive compensation including group benefits, RRSP contributions and a bonus plan * Build your expertise through a variety of challenging assignments, hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal education What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead compilation, review, and audit engagements from planning through to completion, based on your level of experience * Prepare complex financial statements and corporate tax returns * Review the work of junior team members and provide practical coaching * Build trusted relationships with clients and respond to their accounting needs * Collaborate directly with Partners on special projects * Identify opportunities to improve engagement quality and efficiency What You’ll Bring: * At least three years of public accounting experience * CPA designation or active progress towards completion * Experience preparing compilation and review engagements * Knowledge of corporate tax preparation * Strong organizational, communication and client-service skills * The ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Nice to Have: * Experience leading audit engagements Hybrid and/or remote arrangements are available based on the candidate’s experience, location and the needs of the role.
