You will collaborate across a polyglot engineering organization to drive the adoption of AI-assisted development practices. Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience with a strong background in platform engineering and LLM-driven systems. Proficiency in at least two of Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Java/Kotlin is required, along with a product-focused mindset for internal tooling.
