We are looking for a MATERIAL HANDLER to join our team in Tillsonburg, ON! Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Material Handler completes general labour duties in a manufacturing environment, including handling raw materials and finished goods, production support, equipment operation, housekeeping and quality inspections. THIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING SHIFTS: 2 weeks of day shift - 7am-3pm, 2 weeks of afternoon shifts - 3pm-11pm, 2 weeks of night shift - 11pm-7am Key Responsibilities: * Operate plastic drain pipe production lines; * Remove, package and sort raw materials or finished products using manual or electrical equipment; * Weigh all manufactured products on the winder * Quickly identify quality problems during visual inspection of finished products; * Read and interpret work orders; * Complete production/quality reports * Assist with equipment repairs and adjustments * Maintain a clean, clear and safe work environment Qualifications: * Experience in manufacturing environment * High school diploma or equivalent.
