Armtec has the following career opportunity in their new, state of the art facility in Tillsonburg, ON: Yard Supervisor Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Yard Supervisor leads daily yard operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, shipping, receiving and team performance. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and support yard team members. * Coordinate workloads and customer orders. * Oversee shipping and receiving accuracy. * Ensure quality and customer requirements are met. * Monitor performance and productivity. * Maintain a safe and organized yard. * Resolve operational challenges proactively. * Enforce Company quality and safety standards. Qualifications: * Post-secondary education in a related trade is an asset. * Experience in a supervisory role. * Manufacturing, logistics or yard operations background. * Strong leadership and communication skills.
