The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for controlling and guiding the arrival process for guests and staff at the Inn’s entrances; ensuring only authorized guests and staff are on property, and to coordinate with various areas of the hotel to ensure public area occupancies are maintained. As a Welcome Ambassador You Will Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux and AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards. Welcome, control, and guide the arrival process for guests and staff at the Inn’s entrances. Radio coordination with other areas of the hotel. Maintain required documentation for arrivals.
