Qualified Candidate will handle incoming support requests, equipment configuration and network related updates. Key Responsibilities Include Managing NMS changes and updates Creating and dispatching field work for repairs Supporting customers and troubleshooting gear Candidate will also be responsible for incoming support requests after hours in an on call rotation. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The ideal candidate will possess good communication, customer service and networking knowledge skills.
