We are building a feature film slate from the ground up, and the people we hire now will shape how we develop, finance, produce, and deliver our films Role Summary The Feature Film Production Coordinator will manage the day-to-day office and set logistics that keep a production running, including travel arrangements, equipment rental accounts, insurance policies, and crew onboarding paperwork. Key Responsibilities Run the production office and act as the central point of contact for crew, vendors, and visiting cast and executives Arrange travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and shipping for cast and crew Open and manage equipment rental accounts and track rentals, returns, and invoices Coordinate production insurance policies and certificates of insurance with brokers, vendors, and locations Manage crew onboarding paperwork, including deal memos, start paperwork, and payroll submission documents Prepare and distribute call sheets, schedules, crew lists, contact sheets, and production reports Track and file production paperwork, permits, and releases in an organized digital filing system Support the Line Producer and Production Accountant with purchase orders, petty cash, and cost tracking Coordinate script and schedule revisions and distribute them to the team Support wrap procedures, including equipment returns, final paperwork, and archiving Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a production office, ideally as a Production Coordinator or Assistant Production Coordinator on feature films or scripted content Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and production tools and softwares Experience with crew onboarding paperwork and payroll documentation Experience booking travel and coordinating logistics for cast and crew Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with union and guild paperwork requirements Artificial Intelligence We use artificial intelligence to review and screen applications and materials.
