6-10 years | Hybrid (Burlington or downtown Toronto) Our client, a leading Canadian company in its industry that is experiencing rapid growth, is looking for a senior legal counsel to join its established legal team, which includes several professionals. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in negotiating and drafting highly complex commercial agreements with external counterparties, primarily service agreements as well as some supply agreements. As part of this work, you will advise on a wide range of matters, including privacy and technology-related issues. You will also be involved in developing internal training programs and processes, as well as assessing legal risks. Do you have at least six years of relevant experience in commercial law, including significant experience with privacy law?
