Restructuring and Insolvency Associate | 4–5 Years | Vancouver We’re working with a leading national law firm looking to add an associate to its highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency group in Vancouver. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated restructuring and insolvency matters, including CCAA proceedings, receiverships, BIA proposals, bankruptcies, distressed transactions and corporate restructurings. The team acts for lenders, insolvency professionals, companies, creditors and other stakeholders across a range of industries. The firm is seeking an associate with 4–5 years of dedicated restructuring and insolvency experience who can step into active matters and take on meaningful responsibility from the outset.
