The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising front-line staff, coordinating daily restaurant operations, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. They also handle inventory control, staff scheduling, and administrative tasks to maintain efficient restaurant performance. Candidates must have a secondary school certificate and at least 3 years of experience in food preparation. A FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is required, and previous supervisory experience in a food service environment is preferred.
