Key duties include opening/closing the restaurant, resolving operational issues, and maintaining adherence to all A&W and provincial standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food preparation and complete secondary school or equivalent education. A community college program in food service administration or restaurant management is beneficial, and FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is required, with Level 2 preferred.
