Position Summary Acuren Wind is seeking experienced Equipment Operators (Class 3) to support our growing operations across Canada and the US. In this role, you'll travel to remote worksites in Canada/US, working alongside our field technicians to safely support wind blade inspections and repairs. Position Details: Regular Full-Time Position Shifts will very pending client and project requirements Seasonal work Canada/US (6 months in Canada/6 months in US) Start date: October 2026 Salary Range: CAD$40.00 - $48.00 (based upon experience) Dual citizenship (Canada/US) preferred Responsibilities Drive and transport truck mounted aerial access vehicles and equipment to various job sites within Canada and the US maintaining compliance with road safety regulation Perform pre-operational checks on the equipment to ensure it is safe and functional before use Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the aerial access vehicles. Follow all safety protocols and work procedures while operating the lift and working at height. Complete necessary documentation such as equipment logs and safety checklists. Set up and stabilize equipment at job sites following manufacturer guidelines and site conditions Assist with elevated tasks such as inspections, installations, repairs, and maintenance on structures or equipment Requirements Comprehensive understanding of heavy equipment, including setup, stabilization, and operation within Canada and the US Skilled in driving and maneuvering large vehicles in various conditions, including urban, rural, and off-road environments Ability to manage and maintain accurate records, including driving logs, equipment inspections, and maintenance reports Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working at heights Education: Class 3 driver’s license or Valid DZ license (in Ontario) with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Clear criminal background check Additional Requirements: Dual citizenship (Canada/US) preferred Benefits The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people. Working Conditions Work involves driving and performing physical tasks outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain. Frequent standing, climbing, and lifting of objects up to 50 lbs or more. Regular operation of equipment at significant heights and in confined spaces.
