Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Maintenance Planning General Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Ensure the consistent application of Maintenance processes throughout the AEM organization, especially as it relates to implementations of the Maintenance process and JD Edwards; Develop a plan to eliminated or reduce the losses through root cause analysis; Lead the implementation of Key Performance Indicators for Maintenance processes with the team; Participate in the budget and the life of mine (LOM) process for better understanding of the cost structure; Analyze repetitive critical equipment failure and make recommendations on improvement actions; Provide a technical support to production, maintenance, management and technical personnel; Ensure the safest, most efficient and reliable maintenance performance; Test and improve the implementation with the stakeholders; Direct the integration of Maintenance processes with other organizational processes; Forecast the spare parts inventory. What You Need To Succeed Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in the reliability field, in a similar role, either with Mobile or Fixed equipment; Experience in reengineering or process definition, mapping and measuring existing processes as well as analyzing, modifying, designing and implementing new processes; Experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package, preferably implementation experience as a Reliability Engineer; Ability to define and lead project-based workshops; Be comfortable, with all models of failure measurement; Mining experience is considered an asset; Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Note that the official working language at Meliadine is English. Your Work Schedule Schedule: Hybrid or 14/14 schedule; A hybrid schedule consists of 2 weeks working from home (Monday to Friday) followed by a 7 day rotation at site and then 7 days off; Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.

Requirements
Requires a mechanical engineering technology degree, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent, and 3–5 years of reliability experience with mobile or fixed equipment. Candidates should have experience with process reengineering and ERP systems, be able to lead project workshops, understand failure measurement models, and have strong Microsoft Office skills; mining experience is an asset.
