For more than 25 years, Tube Pro has helped resorts, ski hills, municipalities and outdoor attractions create safe, memorable guest experiences. A proudly Canadian manufacturer based in the Waterloo area, and family-owned and operated, the company serves thousands of customers in more than 80 countries worldwide. Tube Pro is looking for a technically minded sales professional who can strengthen existing relationships, grow product penetration within established accounts, and identify opportunities in new markets around the world. The Opportunity As Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, grow existing customer relationships and drive revenue, managing the full sales cycle from first contact through order fulfilment. Key areas of focus include: Developing and executing sales strategies to generate new business Strengthening existing relationships and growing product penetration within established accounts Re-engaging inactive accounts and identifying opportunities for growth Recommending appropriate tube and surface solutions, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams Building a high-performing territory focused on North America, with global growth opportunities Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines business development skills with strong technical curiosity, and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships. You bring: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, manufacturing sales, or a related field Proven success achieving sales targets and business development goals Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience, and experience managing the full sales cycle Comfort reviewing technical drawings, specifications and schematics Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Why Join Tube Pro? Realistic earnings exceed $110,000, with substantial upside as new customers, new markets and existing accounts continue to grow New customer sales and growth within existing accounts are equally valued and rewarded through the same commission structure Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, plus paid vacation Regular Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no expectation of responding to work correspondence outside normal business hours 100% in-office in the Waterloo, Ontario area. Requirements

They should have strong prospecting and cold-calling experience, be comfortable managing the full sales cycle and reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
