The Clinical Respiratory Consultant provides all respiratory services with a focus on Sleep Diagnostics and Therapeutics to the client while collaborating with referring physicians and ensuring patient safety. The incumbent will work directly with all clients, referral sources and funding agencies to deliver high quality clinical evidence based care. Additionally, the incumbent continuously works on growing the overall business through excellent customer service. Conduct appointments and set-up of equipment for sleep diagnostic testing based on American Academy Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines. Evaluate client therapies based on referrals and then determine respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians. Initiate PAP therapy when prescribed, providing patients with education, instructions of use, and cleaning and maintaining of their equipment. Provides appropriate regular follow-up to clients to evaluate effects of therapeutic care, recommending adjustments and modifications if required to increase compliance and comfort with therapy. Actively promotes related products and provides solutions to client needs. Responsible for maintaining most up to date continuing education as related to the position to ensure that clients are receiving most current therapies and devices. Recognizes the importance of client safety in the Air Liquide Healthcare organization. Responsible for following established company protocols for the cleaning and disinfection of all equipment. Responsible for all required administration tasks. Responsible for complying and maintaining knowledge of all funding processes and systems. Ensures quality documentation through completion of all company documentation and forms (both digital and non-electronic) as per policy. Maintains client confidentiality and protects Air Liquide Healthcare’s operations by keeping information confidential. Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by evaluating processes and workflow, and participating in other quality improvement activities. Provides new staff and student instruction, supervision and evaluation when necessary. __________________ Are you a MATCH? Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse, RPN, or LPN, or hold a relevant college certificate or diploma in a medical science field. Professional certifications such as CPSGT, RPSGT, or CCSH are required, along with knowledge of sleep apnea and CPAP therapy.
