We're looking for an experienced EA to support the CEO and COO of a rapidly growing global software investment organization with a portfolio of more than 120 businesses worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage complex priorities and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll play an important role in keeping executives organized while creating a welcoming, professional office environment. Your Responsibilities • You'll manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across North American, European and Asia-Pacific time zones. • You'll arrange international travel, including itineraries, logistics and last-minute adjustments. • You'll confidently prioritize competing requests, protect executive time and keep communication flowing. • You'll act as a professional first point of contact, welcoming senior stakeholders and VIP visitors. • You'll support day-to-day office coordination and assist with occasional corporate events. • You'll anticipate executive needs, exercise discretion and resolve scheduling challenges independently. Skills and Qualifications • 3-5 years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a professional corporate environment. • Advanced Google Workspace proficiency, particularly calendar and email management. • Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills are preferred. • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex schedules and international travel across multiple time zones. • Exceptional judgment, discretion and confidence managing sensitive information. • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills. • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and contribute immediately.
