Working closely with an experienced HR Manager, you’ll act as a first point of contact for employees and managers while supporting the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and leaves, HR administration, HRIS, policies, Health & Safety support and HR projects. Support employee relations matters, workplace concerns and the application of HR policies. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain employee documentation, HRIS records and employment changes. Support benefits, leaves of absence, accommodations and employee programs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist with Health & Safety administration and documentation. Contribute to HR policies, process improvements and other HR projects. Support employees and managers across multiple Canadian provinces. What You Bring 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience. Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken. Direct HR experience supporting employees in Quebec and knowledge of Quebec employment standards and HR practices. Experience across several HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, leaves, HR administration and HRIS. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices. Strong organization, communication and judgment with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Soutenir les dossiers de relations avec les employés, les préoccupations en milieu de travail et l’application des politiques RH. Coordonner le recrutement, l’intégration et les départs. Assurer l’exactitude et la confidentialité des dossiers employés. Participer à l’administration et à la documentation liées à la santé et sécurité. Contribuer aux politiques, à l’amélioration des processus et à différents projets RH. Soutenir des employés et gestionnaires situés dans plusieurs provinces canadiennes. Votre profil 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pratique comme généraliste en ressources humaines. Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Expérience directe en RH auprès d’employés au Québec et connaissance des normes du travail et pratiques RH québécoises. Expérience dans plusieurs domaines RH, notamment les relations avec les employés, le recrutement, l’intégration et les départs, les avantages sociaux, les congés, l’administration RH et les SIRH. Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. Bonne connaissance des normes d’emploi canadiennes et des meilleures pratiques RH. Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et jugement, avec la capacité de travailler de façon autonome et de traiter des renseignements confidentiels.
