Our client, one of Winnipeg's largest property management firms, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Commercial Leasing Administrator to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to learn more about commercial real estate. Please note this is a full-time 12 month term position, and there is potential extension or permanent hire for the right candidate. Requirements
Related post-secondary education in business, finance, or legal studies and 3–5 years of experience as a lease administrator or legal assistant are requested. Property management experience and knowledge of commercial real estate terminology are assets; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi, strong attention to detail and organization, and effective written and verbal communication are also required.
