Benefits: Gym Access Dental insurance Health insurance We're Hiring! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations. The Production Assistant works as part of the production line team to ensure products are properly filled, capped, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment while following all company safety, quality, GMP, and SOP requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Feed bottles onto the production line in a safe and efficient manner. Supply caps to the capping machine and place pumps onto bottles as required. Inspect bottle closures and capping to ensure proper torque and secure closure. Pack finished products into boxes according to established procedures. Feed completed boxes through the tape-sealing machine. Stack and organize finished boxes on skids/pallets. Assist with production line changeovers as directed and authorized. Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. Remove garbage and production waste at the end of each shift or as required. Use equipment, machinery, materials, and tools only as authorized and instructed. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health and safety requirements, and company policies. Wear, use, and properly care for all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow instructions provided by the Production Supervisor, Line Technicians, and other authorized personnel. Report equipment, quality, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to safely handle materials and boxes within the requirements of the position. Ability to lift and move materials and finished goods weighing up to 50–60 lbs. as required.
