Job summary

Location: Mississauga, ON Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM (No weekends!) Pay: CA$19.00 - CA$20.00 per hour (Based on experience) About the Role Are you detail-oriented and proud of your hands-on craftsmanship? We are seeking a dependable Upholstery Technician to join our production team in Mississauga! If you have experience with foam prep, pneumatic staple guns, or general manufacturing upholstery, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Foam Prep: Cut and shape foam components, apply contact adhesive, and align materials to substrates. Upholstery: Inspect sewn fabric/vinyl covers, install them onto assemblies using pneumatic staple guns, and ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. Quality Control: Inspect finished components for defects, label them accurately, and meet daily production goals. Team Support: Maintain a clean workspace and help cutting, sewing, or assembly departments when needed. Requirements What We Are Looking For Previous experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, automotive trim, or a similar production environment. Familiarity with pneumatic staple guns, hand tools, and industrial adhesives is a strong asset. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to lift materials and perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and a great team player with a positive attitude.
